Rosaleen — the model

Rosaleen (age 10) is the proof that this works. Her vaccination cards from Kenya and India were photographed page by page, every entry was read and transcribed with its date, and each dose was then verified against the original card images. The result is a single complete history: her measles protection is confirmed with four measles-containing doses, and three genuine gaps came to light that would otherwise have stayed hidden in a drawer.

Parents: how to add your child

Eight cards will complete this page, and all it takes is your phone:

1. Photograph every page of your child's vaccination card — clear, well-lit photos of each page, even the ones that look empty.
2. Send the photos to Mustafa, or upload them to the family Drive.
3. Done. The tracker updates automatically — your child's row above goes green, and their measles status and full schedule appear just like Rosaleen's.
