📄 The Plan on One Page
🖨️ Print
The whole plan on one printed page — to read over tea, keep in a folder, or hand to anyone who asks, "what exactly are we doing?"
We are bringing the family's savings, land, and businesses together under one Singapore family trust holding one company — Bhuiyan Holdings Pte. Ltd. — and growing them as one, toward $1B by 2036.
Why
- Compounding together beats scattered savings — one pool grows faster than six.
- Land gets settled cleanly now, while our elders can still guide every step.
- Every taka is tracked, every share is earned — nothing hidden, nothing taken.
How — four steps
- Agree. The Family Council signs the Charter. It transfers nothing — no land or money moves at signing.
- Consolidate. Records and assets are gathered into the family registers, so we know exactly what we own.
- Form. Lawyers set up the trust and the holding company; only then do assets move — each with its owner's signature.
- Grow. Ventures and investments run under one roof, and at least 70% of profits are reinvested for the first 3 years.
What is protected
- Nobody loses title to anything without personally signing at Formation.
- Any branch may exit at fair value, set by an independent valuer — a fair price, never a fight.
- Faraiz (Islamic inheritance) rights are respected for anyone who chooses not to join — a lawyer will confirm the final numbers and wording.
