Most of what our family physically owns is Dada's land — spread across mouzas, old deeds, and a shoebox of receipts. This page is the one working place where we find every piece, prove it with documents, and record it, so nothing is ever lost or disputed.
This is the condensed version of the Land Location Playbook. Do the steps in order — each one catches land the previous one missed.
The full step-by-step guide, including the name-variant list, is here:
Everything found goes into two registers — one row per plot or asset. Half-filled rows are very welcome: a mouza name alone is enough to start a row, and the details can be added later.
Your job is only to scan and enter. Once scans land in the Dolil Scans Inbox, every deed is extracted into the register, with the evidence scan linked to its row — and from the register, the Asset Schedule for the Trust Deed is generated. In other words: the paper you scan today becomes the trust's asset schedule.
| Item | Status | Next move |
|---|---|---|
| Dolil Scans Inbox | empty, waiting for scans | Scan the shoebox — step 2 above |
| Land & Non-Land Registers | awaiting entries | Start the first rows — mouza names alone are enough |
| ldtax.gov.bd login | not yet run | Needs Dada's NID and his mobile for the OTP — step 1 above |
One unhurried conversation over tea answers most of this page. Write the answers straight into the registers.
