JamalTara is our family's shared home for the plan and the records — the whole $1B plan, the family tree, and every document, in one place, in English and in Bangla. Our family already holds real things — land, savings, running businesses, and strong careers — but each branch holds them separately. The idea is to bring what we already have under one family structure: a family trust that owns a holding company, so it grows together instead of in six separate pieces. Together we are aiming for $1B of family wealth by 2036 — an ambitious target, with the honest arithmetic written out in the plan. And here is the part to hold onto: nobody hands over anything today — no land, no money, no control. The first step is only this: agreeing to plan together.

Mustafa — the fourth of the five brothers, based in Singapore — coordinates the work: gathering the records, preparing the drafts, keeping this site current. But coordinating is not deciding. Every branch keeps its own voice, with one seat each on the Family Council, and the big decisions are made together at that table — never by one person alone.
